Your responsibilities
Creating, editing, and tracking quotations
Accepting, entering, and processing customer orders in the ERP system
Providing telephone and written support to existing customers
Working closely with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure timely order processing
Supporting the sales force in quotation and order processing
Preparation of sales documents, price lists, and customer correspondence
Maintenance of customer and order data in the system
Assistance with the processing of complaints and credit notes
